Jaime has been my massage therapist, physio and friend for a number of years. My latest visit was for a 45 minute treatment after recovering from a nasty bout of 'flu, prior to a big interview. Having entered the room carrying the aches and pains from being ill for a fortnight, I practically floated out of the room. Jaime is a true gem: fantastically talented and lovely to boot - the best in the North East by far!

Very professional, polite, friendly and informative. I have a knot in my quad and was really sore after tunning 6.5miles or if i was doing squats and lunges in my kick boxing sessions. Brilliant has relieved the tightness and pain.

On arrival I was met by Jaime who immediately put me at ease. After a little consultation she immediately set to work on my back. Throughout my massage it was clear Jaime knew exactly what she was doing I could feel immediate relief. After the treatment I felt a whole lot better, due to the nature of my injury it will take a few sessions but a huge improvement in movement was evident after just one treatment. Amazing.
