Jaime was very knowledgeable and professional during my visit She explained each step of the progress, targeting the areas where I had most discomfort and advising me of excersises and stretching to do to help me fully recover
I noticed a positive difference the next day and was very pleased with the results

Had my first visit to Jaime at the new venue. Building and room were nice, good room size, quiet and warm. As always a great treatment from Jaime with advice too.

Jaime is a professional....listens to you and knows exactly what she needs to treat and how to treat it.....and won't let me leave her suite until shes fully satisfied (at no extra charge!). I love how she consults with/advises my PT instructor....together, they keep me going. Extremely relaxing and calming environment. Definitely would recommend J'aime Sports Therapy to every one.
