I had a new client appointment with Jaime where she immediately put me at ease. She not only looked at my pains but had a full review of my lifestyle and the issues which are affecting my body. My knee pain is also responsible for the other pains I have and Jaime pinpointed exactly where this was and why. The massage gave immediate relief and I'm looking forward to more sessions to fully restore movement and get back to being able to go back to an altered exercise program. Highly recommend.
