I have a monthly session with J’aime that I wouldn’t be without now. Every session is bespoke & I come out feeling so much better. I’d highly recommend J’aime as she’s so knowledgeable & is always updating her skills/knowledge so you can be confident you’re getting the best treatment.

I found Jaime a consummate professional yet warm and really accommodating and she put me at ease immediately.
I had a predominately left sided issue with my lower latt and a tennis elbow kind of issue which I thought was related to a long standing rotator cuff issue.
However, Jaime informed me that the issue was NOT a rotator cuff injury but tied into a left bicep and peck problem. This was a surprise to me but she proceeded to treat it as such.
Phenomenal progress, I couldn’t be happier.
