I received a text to say that they had double booked, and I had to come earlier than I had originally planned. This was no problem, and they thanked me for coming earlier.
The room was small, and not particularly luxurious or pampering feeling. There was music playing on a CD player which was quite nice.
The treatment itself was ok. It was quite a bit more painful than I have experienced before, and once I got home I realised that the job had not been done particularly well, and places had been missed.
The staff were friendly and polite, and the woman apologised a few times when she could see that I was in some discomfort.
The location is fantastic, really central and very handy for me.
I would probably go back again, but for a slightly lower price.
