My first Hollywood wax after a year of being on roaccutane. Was nervous as it had been so long but Nilima was is really lovely and SO quick and efficent. She gave me a loyalty card for future visits. All great nothing to complain about.

Nilima was so great, had my eyebrows done first. They were a mess and she completely reshaped them, spent ages making sure they were perfect, and gave me the chance to tell her how I'd like them and what I did/didn't want. Hollywood was unbelievably quick and efficient, I was impressed! She was so lovely as well and just chatted to distract me as she was doing it.
