Two lovely foreign ladies.one couldspeak English. The other lady had limited English.she cut my sisters hair really nice. She didn'task how she wanted it blown. She just did it her way.when it come to mine. I showed her a pic. Unfortunately it turned out nothing like it. She didn't put any layers in like I asked her to do. Lovely lady did my lashes and they are lovely, though a couple are too close to my left eye and scratching my eye and a few eyelashes were stuck together , not had time to go back to sort which I’m sure she would, all kind and lovely people there

Asked for a bikini wax, got a Brazilian. By the time I realised she was doing, it was too late. Wax got really hot- I let her know but nothing was done about it, and I think it burnt me slightly so it really stings. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Paid for the luxury option- that included washing my feet, putting some creams on, filing and painting my nails. No attention given to skin on bottom of my feet which is the whole reason I booked one. Staff seemed lovely but would not recommend at all :(

Poor experience for the price of treatments. The treatment room was untidy, cluttered and noy clean. Cheap products used, on display from Wilko. The lady had applied mid treatment some cream which burnt my nose and throat and I was coughing. She did not speak much English and was unable to tell me what it was. She just rubbed it off and carried on. Poor pedicure as another member of staff was using the same water supply to wash hair so the lady was having to turn the tap off and on!
