Helen was not there for my appointment but all was resolved quickly and another beautician stepped in. Bit of a language barrier but another member of staff was on hand to help out. Other than that was a really good treatment and experience.

6 hours we were in here for 2 sets of nails, and even then my daughters nails weren't finished. My step daughters nails are already falling off. I have tried complaining privately but have jad no response.
