This was a really awful experience! First of all, there was a dog running around and the vibe when you walk in is beyond weird, no proper greeting just complete silence and no music on or anything which is at all welcoming. Then to the facial after waiting in silence for 5 minutes at reception - the lady doesn't speak hardly any English whatsoever which is fine but she also didn't do the facial to anything like a good standard. I was in and out after 12 minutes and she didn't even do extraction
