Very unprofessional, Staff couldn't speak English and almost cut my hair in a way I didn't ask for. Cold water used for hairwashing, water splashed in eyes, cheap shampoos used and then hair was styled with Vaseline. I was overcharged for my cut even though I asked about the price when I came into the salon. Staff also stared at me when I walked into the salon which was uncomfortable. Was left with an uneven cut and ended up going to another salon to even my hair out.

Absolutely shocking service! Booked to have acrylic tips, they took 2 and a half hours to do. They were so bad that I had to pay to have them removed the next day and it was only then that I realised she had filed through my actual nail. The pain was unbearable. I phoned and asked for a refund and was told that “I’ll send you one, but if you leave a bad review you get nothing” that was two weeks ago and still nothing. Even though the manager witnessed me being burnt with the electric file. Avoid
