Most of their staff cannot speak and understand English so it makes it difficult to convey.
My husband's haircut was completely ruined 1 day before the wedding. He tried to explain to the stylist but she couldn't understand English properly. In the end, she gave uneven haircut and left a big chunk of hair uncut.
My eyebrow was badly shaped, I felt she was untrained with thread she kept on using plucker.
I got black scars after few hours of underarm wax.
A big NO to this salon.

Was booked in for a simple bikini wax, it was my first time having this treatment and the first time at the venue.
The lady who did my wax was lovely, polite and really friendly.
Went straight in for the wax and perhaps should of asked me about what I wanted/expected or perhaps explained about what was going to happen etc but other than, it was good and felt comfortable.
Lovely venue and friendly staff.
