Fabulous service! Prompt and clean. Great social distance measurements in place and always feel safe there. Amazing selection of colours and great advice when I was being indecisive! Nails normally last about 4 weeks which is much longer than other salons I have visited. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff and place ,went for hair cut done perfectly,I did not know the owner Jila is doing aesthetic stuff as well ,book for Botox next week

Had a full head colour. Lia listened to what I wanted and actioned it perfectly. Absolutely love the finished product. Definitely recommend.

Would not recommend, I went in the day before to have a patch test and was left waiting ages with the feeling of everyone staring. I then went the following day for my appointment, even during the current pandemic no masks were worn or additional measures taken to protect staff / customers. I was asked which shade I wanted my eye brows, light or dark. When I enquired which was closest to my hair colour the lady replied with 'I don't know' so I went for the lightest to be safe. My eyebrows are fine and my lashes were tinted as requested but in no way were lifted like I paid for. Then they went to usher me out the door even though I had a nail appointment which I explained and had to wait over 45 minutes for. During my wait I was given a complimentary hand massage which was nice, however the cream she used meant that the gel polish wouldn't adhear to my nails and meant it was restarted at least 4 times. I asked for a French manicure gel polish and the language barrier was hard to overcome and the lady doing my nails didn't know what a French manicure was, she proceeded to try various bright light pinks on my nails, I eventually went with the closest colour but it still looked ridiculous, once finished I asked why the gel started so far away from the nail bed, I was told it was because my nails were oily and it wasn't fixable. Whilst I was there someone brought in a child and had a terrible experience with his haircut, they has physical cut him twice and botched his haircut, his parents were furious. Given everything and that only one staff member was wearing a face mask I just wanted to leave at this point as I had been in there for over 3 hours. Very unprofessional place, poor and will definitely not return, I have since had the gel nails removed and my nails are now in a terrible condition.
