My first experience of waxing, I was made to feel relaxed and welcomed straight away. Really good people in a really clean,friendly environment. There are literally no negatives.

I have naturally curly hair, Lia never asked me how I wanted it drying. I had to stop her when she went to start drying it straight to which she replied “not straight “? She subsequently sprayed hairspray on her hands and then dried my hair with a hair dryer with nozzle attached., no mousse no diffuser. I left the salon looking like a female version of Hagrid.
