Disappointed with the overall service. Firstly, the appointment got cancelled when making my way to the shop. Secondly, I paid to have a manicure but on my arrival, was told that I had to pay an extra £15 to have the manicure (misleading information). Thirdly, I had Essie gel polish on Friday afternoon and by Sunday, polish is already coming off.
