The place is easy to find, staff are ok could use some training once in a while re delivery to clients, it is not enough to market and sale a product. Went there for a simple haircut and ended up wasting my time and money. Another thing is when you do write that you charging people for 45 min, it should be 45 min, not 30min. Don’t like to hassle so got out and went somewhere to spend another 30 min for fixing what they did. If you don’t care how you look or what you pay for then you need to try this place. Hope this will make them improve although I don’t think I will go there again.

Tracy and her team are so professional and welcoming. introduced theirselves when I entered for the first time. I was made to feel valued. The salon is very clean and hygienic.
My therapist Tracy has clearly been trained to a very high standard and she is excellent. So glad to find this salon. Truly was by far the best massage I've had in Bow and Tower Hamlets. Thank you!
