Was charged an extra £10 to have my old gel taken off , the salon I usually go to includes this in the price (which is significantly cheaper than this salon already ) and I was made to feel a little uncomfortable about it needing doing which was a surprise. It may well be my issue not theirs as I am used to somewhere different that doesn’t operate in this way. £10 on top of £35 seems excessive to me though.
Nails look good but may as well have booked file and polish rather than full mani as again the place I usually go includes hand scrub and hand massage in the full mani ,whereas here it was just a tiny bit of cuticle work. Nice lady though. Tried to smile at the receptionist a couple of times to be met with a blank moody stare 😂
I’ll stick to my usual salon in future I think as I only tried here because it’s so near to my house so I thought it would be convenient.

The waxing was very thorough, fast and nearly painless, best I had so far! The staff are very nice and professional. The place is clean with a lovely atmosphere.
