I’ve been to this salon before - I believe it was last year and a real nice lady I think she was Eastern European made me feel comfortable and also did an excellent job with my blow dry and also gave such a marvellous head massage. I wasn’t happy with my recent experience which was 2 days ago - I booked a wash and blow dry - upon my arrival I was seen promptly however the wash was done in under 5 mins no time or effort was put into my wash, I did not receive a head massage like last time. My blow dry was done in 20 mins, it was an alright finish however I could’ve done a better job myself at home. I was not pleased but remained calm. What annoyed me was the minute I walked out the shop I heard the 2 women laughing and I found that extremely rude, not only that she never engaged in a convo which put me on edge and hearing them laugh wa s the last thing I wanted to hear. That day I was going to my students prom and I didn’t have time for negativity- but I had to write this in a review as I feel that hair stylist and receptionist who work at the salon should be professional and not laugh the minute a customer walks out the door. Also got told that I need to have a trim which I thought was rude as well. I won’t be coming back here again!

Very nice and painless eyebrow waxing. Left with beautifully shaped eyebrows. Would highly recommend
