Overall I was very pleased with my Haircut from Jennifer! She did the most amazing head massage when washing my hair which made it extra special. She offered me a drink and was very hospitable. Only issue was that it wasn't clear on the outside of the salon that I was at the right place (there is a different name on the sign). Would've been helpful to have been told that before.

This was my first time at Hair by Jennifer on Holloway Road and it won't be my last. From the washing of my hair to the final results I can not fault Jennifer. She explained every step of the treatment and even pointed out what could go wrong and how she could fix it like putting a toner on my hair. It was a long appointment but Jennifer was very attentive asking me if I needed anything. The results look even better a couple of days later and lots of people have said how good my hair looks.
