Jen knows hair. She knows what will work and how to transform the image in your head of what you want into reality. But, she is also good at letting you know if something isn't possible, the reasons for it, and will give alternative solutions. She is professional, warm and welcoming. A great salon overall.

Jennifer is a fantastic hairdresser. I got a haircut after more than 6 months from the last one and I had an amazing experience. Great service, and Jennifer warmly welcomed me. I will come back!

The result was nice, but I paid £208 for cut and balayage, no blow dry, and for a salon in Arsenal with no staff, I find that price excessive. Will definitely not come back.
