My colour originally wasn’t exactly what I wanted but Jennifer was so so lovely about it and fixed it for me and now it’s perfect! Lovely salon and thank you so much again for being so gracious, understanding and for making my hair look amazing. Would highly recommend.

The salon is great, excellent ambience & hairdressers here are lovely. I’m not the biggest fan of my balayage however mostly due to the fact I was given “face framing” pieces that have turned out very thick, high up are brighter than the rest of my hair. I was also told I wouldn’t need a toner but my hair after one wash looks quite uneven/brassy already so will likely need this fixed quite soon which is disappointing. I do however know I have difficult hair to work with!
