Lydia was nice and very gentle; she also offered me tea and coffee which was really nice. What disappointed me was that I booked a Luxury pedicure which was supposed to include massage - at no point did she perform massage nor apply remotely any pressure mimicking massage. What I got instead was feet heating mittens, which considering the weather is getting warmer, is not what I wanted.
