To be fair there is refurb work in progress so it was noisy and I don’t think there is such a thing as clean / tidy builders! I look forward to normal service resuming in lovely redecorated surroundings very soon. Brows have already faded :-(

I was not able to make my appointment due to food poisoning I paid the full price upfront I called the salon to let them know and the woman said it was fine I can re arrange when better however I have left multiple messages and called a number of times and heard nothing back. I would advise to not pay them upfront.
