My experience didn't start well as I was kept waiting for 30 mins (the manicurist was running late), but they apologised and offered a free neck and shoulder massage while I was having my luxury manicure to make up for it. The customer service from that point until I left was excellent. As regards the luxury manicure, I was impressed that they use Shellac and Vinylux (and not fakes of both as other salons do) and they polished my nails with a diamond drill which left them looking like new. The whole experience (minus the initial wait) was excellent and I would highly recommend them.
Manicure
I was told previously to remove my eyelashes and come back for a full set which a particular member of staff would do for me as she knew the style I wanted. I did this but it was the not with the member of staff who specifically told me she'll do it even though she was there and I was not told the reasons for this. The lady that did do my eyelashes did a good job although not exactly what I wanted but it was still neat and lovely so no complaints. I'm guessing this was just a busy day because normally I wouldn't fault them at all as they're always amazing
Eyelash Extensions
Absolutely great experience - high quality products, nice ambience, very qualified specialists who are not hurried or rushed. The facial with deep clean fixed my skin after months of faff, the sonopeel avoided any inflammations, soothing massage and calming masks were an added bonus. Would highly recommend. Best quality of money in London for this quality of service, have found my go-to salon.
