I have been looking for a local nail bar to remove shellac polish ever since my regular salon closed. Now I have found it. The salon is new, quite small, prettily decorated and very clean. The manicurist was pleasant and - most importantly - very good. Shellac removal can damage your nails if it's rushed, but mine was well done with enough time allowed for the acetone to work properly, and the varnish came off easily.
