Reanna was very lovely and welcoming, and I enjoyed our chat. 3 stars because I requested a trim to retain as much length as possible, and some face framing pieces to give my hair a shape. My hair is curly and once wet it appears longer, so I believe Reanna took more liberty with how much length was cut, and the framing pieces were too long and sparse (we already shortened twice). Also, I'm not sure the products used in the blowout accommodate curly hair as they made mine frizzy.
