I made an appointment 5 days in advance on the day got a message to say it was cancelled. I went the next day then I was told they had no customers for 3 hours so they decided to cancel my appointment as they so no point to stay open just for me.ellie was rubbish didn't cut my hair the way I wanted one side was a bit longer than the other was charged more than I thought I book a dry cut for £10 and landed having to pay £15 when I came out I was very disappointed I will not be returning
