my visit was a waste of time and money . mthe hairdresser neither turned up on answered his phone . the girls in the salon knew nothing about my booking ..I paid £15 online and had only made the booking 2 hours prior to my appointment . despite me emailing about this I have had no response nor any refund. .

Went to the salon at the correct appointment time to find there was no one there to cut my hair. Waited 20 mins and the hairdresser didn’t arrive. Beauty staff tried calling them. No answer. No apology. I haven’t even be contacted to explain why they did not turn up.
