My special treat was cancelled at the last minute and I was not called back to reshedule. I had been promised extra treats in compensation but these didn't materialise. I was told that my afternoon tea had been upgraded instead, but that was not what I wanted. Granted the afternoon tea was lovely, but I felt I had been fobbed off
I booked for full head colour thru treatwell a week before. Had a confirmation for my booking via email, even a reminder the day before. Been to J2A Salon only to be told the staff I choose wasn’t available and my booking was not registered to their system.Someone on the phone offered that she can reschedule if I’m interested. Do disappointed and waste of my time!
