As well as perfect hair colouring, cutting and extensions, I have had lovely manicures/pedicures and shellac nails, ( as well as various repairs for broken and trapped nails!! ). Just recently I have tried the massage treatments which after only two have cured a problem as well as being a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I have found that Jake and Bev and the rest of the staff are very friendly, efficient, and do their utmost to please clients.
Would not recommend. A very unprofessional approach to their customers. Twice made an appointment for beauty treatments, the first was cancelled 20 minutes before the appointment and the second time had been been double booked. Upon arrival was told 'We're sorry, we can make you another appointment'! Have lost a day's leave plus costs of childcare over the two days and still not had any treatments. I left with the impression that the staff were not very interested but luckily was treated by a very sympathetic alternative salon. I have spoken to two other people today alone that have had a bad experience with this salon and personally I would not return, despite having a voucher for my three treatments already paid for!
Appointment was double booked
Staff very friendly, nice atmosphere in the salon.
