Jack has been working from his clinic in Welling since 2010, helping clients with Chronic pain conditions,Sports injury, and Sports Stretching, using Eastern and Western techniques to work on the Emotional, Physical and Spiritual pathways.

Working in gyms way back since the 1990's, Jack has a wealth of knowledge in the Fitness Industry but nowadays uses his skills to help train clients with Chronic pain conditions, to improve Pain management, Movement and Healthy Living.
