The beauty therapist was lovely. The people at the venue could b friendlier.
Deep Tissue Massage
This was a very disappointing experience. A 'luxury'manicure and pedicure which never even saw a bowl of warm water, nor hand or foot cream, a pedicure which wasn't dry and very badly damaged once I'd got home, and a manicure which was so badly chipped after one day I had to remove it. A total waste of money!! The therapist was very pleasant but I won't be returning
The therapist was really lovely, the wax wasn't the best I've had. Quite a few patches missed that were rectified whilst there. Poor lighting meant the therapist wasn't working in the best environment, which meant that I found more patches when I got home.
