Unfortunately the colleagues decided to argue whilst I was having my nails done & this reflected on the quality of my nails. The technician was clearly upset, they were yelling, banging draws/equipment which made me extremely uncomfortable and on edge. My nails were rushed & poorly done due to my technicians angry state. There was no customer service or even an apology. It is not normal to make your customers feel so uncomfortable and shout/act that way whilst providing a service.
