Generally I love the staff & vibe here, but this day there was an issue in the store and it reflected in my manicure. The GEL polish started to lift after 2 days! As it was Christmas & I was away I couldn’t get to the salon to fix it, HOWEVER with Gel polish it’s supposed to last at least 2-3 weeks...so I shouldn’t have had this issue! Jack, has done a great job before but this one was disappointing, now all the polish on 3 nails has come off completely and I take care of my manicures so this is disappointing. I have to be honest in my reviews. Usually I give 5 stars, sorry I can’t do so this time :(

First visit and pleased by how reasonable the spa mani pedi was price wise. Great massage in the treatment. Lovely range of polishes. A shame some of the other customers couldn't behave though...

I was very impressed by Jack's work and left the salon feeling fabulous with my beautiful cats eye gel nails. The gel wasn't too thick & was very neat & close to the cuticle. The hand massage was immense - by far the best massage I have had in a nail salon! So far, so good...
But then 4 days after the manicure the gel started to chip. It is now 6 days on & I only have 3 nails that have not chipped. I will return but will try a different type of gel as I suspect the brand is the issue.

I had booked both my pedi and the mani with Chien but when I reached the salon I was passed to another guy for the pedi, he was good but not as experienced, confident as Chien didnt speak english . I did not like the fact that I had specifically booked with Chien but was passed on without consulting .My manicure was also rushed which I assume was because too many people were booked at/around the same time. I would have liked more professionalism. You cant commit something online and then change
