The quality of the cut was very good and the staff were very friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed by how long I had to wait for my cut. My appointment started almost half an hour late.

I was extremely disappointed to realise that I've been charged double of the price advertised on Treatwell. For a simple haircut and blow-dry, they charged me £65, instead on £32 online price. I feel very disappointed😞
