Made my appointment for 12.00 on a Sunday. Turned up and the shop was closed, waited 15 minutes for someone to eventually turn up as I was about to give up. Was rushed in and out of the salon as clearly they were understaffed for the day, haircut was over in 10 minutes. Didn't want to ask for anything more complex than a trim as the staff didn't seem to be able to cope.

I got to the salon on time however my treatment wasn't booked in at all and the staff went to do Christmas shopping. So I had to wait for about half an hour to actually start my session. Other than this all is fine with my experience.

Venue was closed !!! My booking should NOT have been made possible via Treatwell if place was not open. Please refund asap.
