The manicurist was lovely but a bit inexperienced. I was rushed out after my appointment so the paint was ruined before I even left the salon

Tricky to rate as my therapist was 40 mins late to my appointment. Needless to say I was livid. The other staff were amazing rallying around to try to sort something but sadly due to this delay my experience wasn't overall positive. They said the Treatwell booking never reached them. So perhaps a technical error but frustrating to waste 40mins of my day waiting around.

I went to the salon one day before Christmas and the place was busy first thing in the morning, however, the staff were all lovely and professional. I had a great experience there and will return for sure.
