It was the first time I had waxing with Edit; and I must admit she's been the best beautician I had at Jackie & Co.

We came in to get bridal makeup done in which we booked for £30 through the website. Once arriving to the saloon, the makeup artist decided to argue with us and the manager telling us he wasn't going to complete the makeup for that price and that we had to pay £100 for it. Though it was not our fault for making this booking and getting this deal I thought it was wrong for him to refuse during such late notice on the day of the wedding. Due to it being my friend's big day I was willing to pay the price and just get it over and done with but while the artist was completing her hair and makeup he did a terrible job, one in which did not deserve £100 for as he didn't have the makeup in which was fit for a brown skin person. The artist was arrogant and rude throughout the entire stay and forced us to leave at the end when we decided to only pay the original price and used foul language which was out of order on a day like that. The other staff were friendly but were unable to control this one staff member.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, did a fab job and gave me detailed care details as to how to treat my hair afterwards. The salon had a great atmosphere and buzz.
