I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 30 minutes. After finally sitting down, my nails technician was very slow in cutting and filing my nails and trimming my cuticles, and then started to snip my skin rather than my cuticles. Finally they replaced her with a different technician who was much faster and obviously more experienced. I left just shy of 2 hours for a shellac manicure with nail polish stained on my fingers and several bleeding cuticles. The management seemed eager to please, but in general the place did not seem organized. A shame, as it's just around the corner from me.
There was a language barrier and it's not the most comfortable place to be at first. However the wax was great, woman was lovely although we couldn't understand each other. The wax was as painfree as a Hollywood wax could be - least painful one I've ever had. Would return
