I actually gave 1 star cause I couldn't give zero - as I did not receive the treatment I booked and receive the worst customer service ever.
I had my appointment booked for 18.20, I called the "salon" at 17.20 to inform them I would've been 5 minutes late and the answer was "Oh we cannot serve you today, the beautician is too busy", hence I explained I booked already via Treatwell and received a reminder email to confirm and didn't mind to wait longer and yet the answer was "I am sorry we cannot help you, we close at 7pm".
Which means, if I wouldn't have called I would've run there to have them telling me they could not assist me?! So disappointing, that is absolutely the worst service ever! And the guy on the phone was even so uncaring. Well if you don't care for your customer... good luck with your business!
Eventually they did a mediocre job with my eyebrows, (she didn't do a great job on the tail on either brow) but it took 15 minutes for 4 people to work out was not there for a wax, but to get them threaded - Despite me telling them repeatedly I was there for a threading. The two beauticians then fought over who was going to do it which led to me being sat in one beauticians chair only to then being taken to another room when she had gone to go and get thread! Completely chaotic and disorganized, won't be coming back here!
