It was clean and it it wasn't expensive, but damn did it hurt. The wax was too hot, she didn't pull my skin taut when removing the wax/strips and a couple of days later my skin is still a little bit irritated. I won't be going here again.
Hollywood Waxing
Upon arrival, I was told that they had no received my booking via Treatwell. I still got my haircut but it felt quite rushed - instead of an hour long appointment, I got a wash-cut-blowdry in 20mins. I was not unhappy with the result, but annoyingly they charged me £25 instead of £22.50 as it said ob Treatwell. Won't go to this salon again.
Ladies' Haircuts
The staff at the location is excellent. The therapist has an excellent attitude and her massage is great also.
Swedish Massage
Trimmed, blow dry. I don't think I was offered deep condition as requested and paid for. Their pc system was down so they couldn't verify what I booked for. Booked via treat well website.
The hairdresser tried very hard to lecture me on hair maintenance ie..hair brushing.
Overall the experience felt rushed & please do not lecture your clients in future unless asked.
