I been at this salon few times and every single time I have been met by the same shamble and unprofessionalism , the stuff is ignorant and the service is poor, the lady who did my Hollywood made me feel uncomfortable because she looked uncomfortable. Because of that and the poor quality I won't ever go back to it .
When i arrived they'd not got my booking in the diary- id booked the day before through treatwell. Cant say who wasxat fault here but fortunately Jackie & Co managed to fit me in and were friendly. Thanks!
Got all the way (which is as quite out of my way for getting home) to the salon for my 6.30 appointment to be told that the beautician had gone home sick earlier that afternoon. I was told that some people with appointments had been notified, myself not included. This of course left it too late to book another appointment that day at another salon. Won't be booking there again.
Ah, what stress can do to people. Pros: I was seen (30 minutes later), even though the Treatwell booking did not reach the salon. Receptionist was helpful. Cons: Cold water to wash my hair Dirty sink and seat Pulled and yanked around by the hair towel instead of being spoken to guide me around Dropped my handbag on the floor with no apology given Useless blow dry Overall: Invest in a Operations Manger that can support the salon, as it clearly failed a basic issue that could have been handled a lot better. Poor customer service, and poor product service itself. I would have preferred to cancel the appointment, instead of the rushed poor treatment received. Not worth the hassle. Ruined my day as I wanted to treat myself. :(
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was turned away as they could not fit me in despite getting confirmation emails and texts from the venue. I had to go elsewhere. The apologies weren't sincere and no explanation was given as to why they accepted my appointment when they had no room.
