Got quite scared at first, as no one seemed to be sure about my booking or the head massage I have booked, and my therapist didn't speak English.
HOWEVER, I ended up getting one of the nicest massages, my therapist was amazing, would recommend the massage to anyone.
Head Massage
There was a mix up with the timings and a double-booking but fortunately the receptionist and the manicurist fitted me in. Lasted about 30 mins rather than 45. Results were good - really like my new nails.
Gel Nails Manicure
The wax itself was very good and quick but she didn't ask to check if it was ok and when I got home I noticed that there were loads of patches of hair left which was disappointing.
Hollywood Waxing
Good value for money. Staff paid good attention to detail and gave me a really clean mani and pedi. However pedi was a bit painful and the water was cold. Staff also didn't speak English which would have been a problem if you need to get give a lot of detail. However if you're going for a basic job and not looking for much ambience then I would definitely recommend this place.
