I arrived and they didn't have my booking on their system which meant I had to wait 15 mins, I only had a short amount of time as was on my lunch break
The waxing itself was appalling, she was a very nice lady and very thorough but not sure how experienced she was it was the worst and most painful I have ever had. I woke with bruising due to the way she pulled my skin so I won't be returning!

Edit did an amazing job as usual, if you want a painless wax she is your lady ! Thank you also to the front desk team that accommodated my appointment even though I was running late.

Thank you soooo much to sylvia and everyone else at the salon, we had an amzing time. Sylvia is amazing. I recommend this salon, the owners are amazing and the staff are fantastic. I also had a pedicure with ILdiko and she is out of this world. Best pedi EVER!!!Such an amazing day and we have booked for next month. I have found my next beauty hide out.. and its at Jackie's.
Thank you to all the staff and also my daughter thanks her stylist Louisa ( sorry if wrong name) your amaxing too :)
