The overall experience was good. I did have to wait 15 mins after my start time as they were running late but happy with the result

It's my second bad experience in this place; as it is close to work I gave it another chance, but never again. Rude unprofessional receptionist, beautician that did not speak a word of English (did not understand the wax was too hot). The waxing was quick but I was burnt, peeling now and I hope it does not leave mark. Not booking again.

The salon is very good , very friendly and lovely staff . I will go back there .
The hairdresser wasn't there when I arrived at the time I had booked. I waited for about 20 minutes for him to show up. I booked a cut and blow dry. The cut was average, but the blow dry was non existent. It basically just dried my hair and didn't style it whatsoever. Very disappointed.
Ladies' Haircuts
Visited 1 week ago and unfortunately the hair already growing back. I assume because she snapped the hair rather than waxed it :(
