The owner was not aware of my booking. This meant that the room was not prepared and only lucky that Jane was able to do the waxing. The wax was too hot when I entered, the room was not clean, I was worried of the cleanliness and whether the room had been cleaned from the last booking. I will never go back here again. Jane was very friendly enough and accommodated. She did a good job but I could not focus as I was worried about whether the wax would be too hot or the room had been clean.

The salon was easy to get to, the staff were friendly and the service was fantastic!

No magazine was offered so I had to stare at a wall for over a hour and the price of the pedicure did not include nail polish. Really disappointed.
Pedicure
The treatment itself was value for money and well done. However, the room wasn't prepared by my appointment time and so I had to wait half an hour. The staff seemed disorganised but friendly.
