I'd been here once before & Jackie had been mostly nice, though she did say some rude things about my partner's country of origin. This time her attitude was significantly colder. I had asked her beforehand if she could help me with my ingrowns, & she didn't. She also asked me microaggressive questions about my ethnicity, which made me uncomfortable. She was cold & rude. Also, beware of adding her on WhatsApp (she wants you to use it for bookings) because she will spam you often.
