I think i have found a person to rely on with beauty questions now. The gentelman on the reception was lost and not in a mood, hence only decreasing rating because of him. The treatment received was brilliant!

Had such a lovely experience with Jackie getting my brows laminated, she talked me through the process, made sure I was comfortable, offered me tea/coffee and had really lovely relaxing music playing
