Staff friendly. Hair wash awful- product not washed out properly. Employee more interested in the TV that was to my right. Was asked "how do I like it" in which I replied "blunt cut-all one length" however I left with 3 lengths and with wet/greasy hair as too much product used/not washed out and hair dryer was freezing. I have an appointment at another salon to correct this weekend. I'm extremely lucky I have long hair as aside from the cost this isn't a huge deal for me. However others might not be so lucky. If you're doing anything major with your hair I really really would not think about going here
