Staff very friendly and sweet, very precise with their work. Threading has always been great and my Shellac nails are lovely. Great value, would definitely recommend!!
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
My facial was fantastic. It was painful having my blackheads removed but one needs to go through pain to get beauty! Ramona is a lovely and intelligent lady, and it was great meeting her. The only feedback I gave her is that she needs to inform her customer what she is applying at each stage. It's good to know what you are having on your face! My haircut was far too quick (under 10 minutes) and non personal, on the other hand. The hairdresser seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else, and chatted in another language to his colleague nearly all the time and hardly asked me anything. I also wish that he had cleaned the sink thoroughly before washing my hair (it was skanky),and that maybe I wouldn't have just put my head over the sink in front of me. All factors redeemed, it was quite a good cut but I feel it might look rushed in a week or so. For the price, you cannot go wrong. Especially for the facial. But on the haircut side, if you are looking for an experience rather than a process, this isn't the place for you.
As I am so broke at the moment, I went for the cheapest haircut I could find as my hair was in a dreadful state. The lady who cut my hair was pleasant and polite. It wasn't the usual hairdressing experience you normally get around here. No chatter, no free drink and I went to pay as this website wouldn't work with my card the other day to find they are cash only so had to leave, get cash and return to pay. I have not paid for a haircut with cash since the mid 90s or so. I am also highly suspicious of any company that does not take card (tax avoidance suspicion, staff off the books and circulating fraudulent notes - I own a shop myself and have been given 2 bad notes this month alone!) Yes a card machine costs money, but it saves your broke customer empting her last funds when she was planning on putting it on card and getting cash back as always and not having to worry about money until after her shop rent and mortgage had been paid! I won't be returning as as lovely as she is I live in a cashless world and only went there as I was desperate. Hopefully I will not be as broke next time I need a haircut!
The venue was clean and nice. The staff member explained that it had recently undergone renovations and further renovations would be taking place. The quality of the finish for the manicure and pedicure is really good. The place also offers other hair and beauty treatments and I was able to get some quick threading done at a great price afterwards.
