I have to admit, I was super stressed and busy answering business mails on my blackberry, I didnt even feel a thing and I fully could concentrate on the mails. We were done before I even realised it started. Super clean wax, no hair left. Very happy with the results. Perfect
Hollywood Waxing
Before I came for my appointment I emailed the salon to confirm the price £17. when I got to the salon the lady charged me £27. I thought this was extremely unfair. She said it was because of the length of my hair. So when I said to her the person who emailed me a number of times should have asked me. I'm the customer not the hairdresser. All she said was no I should have told him? She also lied and said if I had ordered it from Groupon (the guy in the email said I didn't need too, I could just book it straight with them for the same price) there would have been a section where it asked me the length of my hair and will then give me the correct price. I was unsure so when I got home I checked, this was incorrect. All it said was a wash, cut and blow dry for £17. More if you wanted colour.
The lady didn't really make conversation, no drink or anything was offered. She wet my colthes when washing my hair.
I wouldn't go back. And to think I was going to take my 2 daughters and my mum for Christmas treat too. That will not be happening.
I even emailed the person about my experience when I got home and they haven't even got the decency to reply.
Ladies' Haircuts
Although the venue itself is essentially just a bed behind a curtain, the therapist more than made up for it. She was very friendly, I felt at ease the whole time and the waxing itself was very thorough and hassle free. Great value for money and I'll definitely be going here again!
Hollywood Waxing
A good hair cut, very good value although there is not much 'ambiance' as it's in the back of a barbers.
