Hair was cut really well, had a lovely facial and eyebrows threaded exactly as I wanted. Unfortunately my eyelash extensions didn't turn out as I had expected - they were really dark and thick and didn't look natural as they were applied in clumps, even though I booked the individual lash application.

I had my hair cut today by Radia and she was amazing! She understood exactly what I wanted/needed and was very kind and lovely. I normally hate going to the hairdressers due to bad past experiences which cost a fortune but she was honestly great and I’m really happy with my hair, especially at such good value! Plus her blow dries are amazing! Will definitely be back on a regular basis

The beautician that did the treatment was extremely good and paid a lot of attention to details, extremely satisfied on this level.
After the treatment thou, i would have expected a bit of soothing cream post wax to alleviate the red but nothing was put on.
The welcoming on the top floor was a bit hectic.
