I booked a deep cleansing facial from this place based on the stellar reviews I read on this site. Unfortunately, I had a pretty negative experience. First, there was a duplicate booking for the same time and I waited for another 20-25 min to have my facial. Which was fine by me. The place is actually a barber shop and the facial room is a tiny place at the back of the barber shop - not particularly clean and cosy. Definitely no atmosphere for a facial. The lady who did my facial spent less than 3 minutes on extractions, which was the main objective of having a facial for me. She used her fingers and nails to make these extractions and her nail cut deep into my skin and hurt like hell.
There is a huge supply of beauty salons out there but finding a skillful therapist is so hard these days. All in all, never again for me at Jacksons for Hair. Will look elsewhere.

Booked for my husband, haircut was good but they didn't have a record of the Treatwell booking so he had to pay the full price of £12 rather than the discounted rate.

I paid £30 for what was marketed as a £60 cut on the treatwell app, at the salon the full price for a cut and blow dry was £25. £19 on promotion. Definitely not worth anymore than that.

Fuss free and efficient dry cut. Very good value, would recommend for anyone not wanting to spend a fortune on a hair cut
