Worst haircut I've ever had (ladies haircut). Asked for a simple trim with my existing blended layers. Haircut turned out thin, with uneven and choppy looking layers, and shorter than I asked for. Not to mention the rough wash and the lack of any conversation or customer service.

Too busy, waited too long, place is filthy. Vibe between the girls was tense. My polish was scuffed. I asked for square shape and came away with round. I won’t be going back!!
